Halsey Homes Property Group is a husband and wife team, Casey & Heather Halsey, who have been in the Real Estate business for over 8 years. Being born and raised in the Tri-Cities area of TN we know the area well and can help you navigate which area might be best for you. We personally invest in real estate with rentals, renovations, and property management so we love working with investors, we also have a passion for helping people with the buying and selling side of real estate as well. I’m Casey Halsey, a proud Tri Cities native, representing the heart of East Tennessee. From Fridays under the lights of J. Fred at Dobyns Bennett High School to shouting ‘Go Bucs’ at East Tennessee State University, this region runs deep in my veins. Family is everything to me—I tied the knot with my amazing wife, Heather, back in 2015, and together, we’re raising two incredible kiddos, Hayden and Brooklyn. Feel free to join us Sunday mornings or Wednesday nights at Grace Point Fellowship in Kingsport where we’re blessed to have opportunities to both serve and be served by incredible individuals – an example we all strive to live by.
Whether teaching in our small group at GPF, hitting the field for our son, practicing dance in the studio for our little girl, or soaking in the electric atmosphere of Neyland Stadium on a Saturday night, you better believe we’re giving it our all!
But it’s not just about the touchdowns and the cheers; Heather and I are partners in every sense of the word. We’re the driving force behind Halsey Homes Property Group, where we’re not just business partners, but a dynamic duo fueled by passion and friendship. In June of 2023, alongside Kelly West and Holly Humphrey, we seized the opportunity to acquire Summit Properties and become not only business partners but lifelong friends.
In less than a year, we’ve transformed Summit Properties into a thriving brokerage, now boasting over 25 agents and counting. But for us, it’s not just about the numbers—it’s about the people. We pour our hearts into nurturing our agents, providing them with the support and guidance they need to thrive in this industry the right way.
My journey in real estate began as an investor, but it didn’t take long for me to realize that my true calling was helping others navigate the exhilarating world of homeownership and investing. Hey there! My name is Heather Halsey. I started my real estate career 8 years ago and have never looked back. I am a lifelong resident of East Tennessee and married to my best friend and business partner, Casey Halsey. Together we make the Halsey Homes Property group. I am licensed and doing real estate in both TN and VA. In the summer of 2023 we bought Summit Properties along with Holly and Kelly who are now our business partners and lifelong friends. We started with the 4 of us and in less than a year have grown to 27 agents. Casey and I have two beautiful children, Hayden who is 6 and Brooklyn who is 4. We are members of Grace Point Fellowship where we volunteer and are involved in life groups where we can grow our relationship with Christ with other parents in the same stage of life we are in. We are huge fans of the TENNESSEE VOLUNTEERS, so most Saturdays you can catch us on Rocky Top cheering them on.
